Like many people I know, I’ve been in business through two recessions, two wars and one 9/11. Each has had varying sustained negative effects on the economy. 

Many of my clients have seen much worse than I have.

In such times, I’ve observed certain ‘rules of thumb’ being employed to navigate such uncertainty with great effect and I share them with you here, in case they prove to be of use for you and your organisations too.
