The Bissett Vault self-study continuing professional education courses are available individually, or as part of an “All Access Pass” subscription.
Record Retention Policy:
The following documentation will be retained electronically for a minimum of five years:
- Records of participation
- Dates of registration and course completion
- Program descriptive materials
Course Update Policy:
All Bissett Vault courses contain the most recent publication, revision and/or review date noted in the course description section of the course player.
The Bissett Vault “All Access Pass” subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the subscription term unless cancelled during the subscription period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by completing the steps below:
Step #1: Log in to Student Dashboard
Step #2: Click on My Account
Step #3: Click on Billing
Step #4 Click on Cancel Subscription
If you are not satisfied with your experience, for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org
Qualifying refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of request of refund to the original payment source (e.g. credit card).
